We’re just shy (by 3 days) of me having shot this wedding 6 years ago.
And it still has a permanent place in my heart. These two were like all my dreams coming true. THE coolest (without knowing it or trying) of cool humans marrying each other in the only way they knew how.
Their own bloody way.
There were no flowers - only the biggest confetti balloons you ever did see.
The table decorations were piles and piles of Lego - a nod to Jimmy & Maddy’s absolute obsession of Lego (you may recognise them from the first season of Lego Wars!)
And nothing but a sea of smiles and biggest love vibes from their colourfully clad guests.
Maddy and Jimmy are 2 of the sweetest, most generous, most giving, most selfless souls I've met. And I was in a room surrounded by people with the exact same values... funny how that happens... There was no natural light, not much light at all.... no epic sunsets or mountain views... but for me what makes a wedding is the people. And based on that fact - this wedding was most awesomely epic.
